Select the wp-content folder and highlight the uploads folder before pressing Download. Your entire media library will be downloaded automatically. To download specific files, just navigate through the uploads folder and select the media files you need before downloading them. However, do keep in mind that it can be a little unsafe. Downloading your media files can be useful when you have to back up your website or if you need to transfer files between sites.
